How it works

  1. Have a look at our themes, photo gallery and choose a party package.  Complete the online booking form and let us know as much information as possible.  All themes can be customised so if you unsure at this stage – share with us your child’s interests and we can come up with some awesome ideas together. 
  2. Once your event date is confirmed we require a $50 deposit to reserve.  Two weeks before we will confirm with you the attendees and check final details.  The final invoice, less the $50 deposit is payable within 7 days of the event.
  3. We will send information for the setup on the day event.  Please ensure the set up area for the teepees is cleared and parking space for our team to transport items for the party, is close as possible to the entrance.  Post the event, our team pack your party down.
