BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
Your booking will be confirmed via email, once the terms and conditions are agreed and deposit of $50.00 is paid.  Full payment must be made 7 days prior to the party. Payments can be made via internet banking.

We also accept part payments to help make things easier with proviso that the invoice amount is paid in full 7 days prior to the event.

Cancellations 14 days prior to the date of the event is NON-REFUNDABLE.

HOW LONG IN ADVANCE CAN YOU BOOK A PARTY?
Ideally the earliest you can book always the better, however we all know someone who decides at the last minute to have a party, so don’t hesitate to contact me to get the ball rolling in creating The Ultimate Slumber Party for you.

IS A TRAVEL FEE CHARGED?
Yes, delivery prices are applied to every area.  Distances further than 50km from office will incur extra cost.

WHAT AREA’S DO YOU SERVICE? 
Auckland wide more than 50 km will incur additional travel cost.

HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED?
Each teepee/bed requires 1M (W) x 2M (L)

WHAT IF I HAVE MORE THAN 10 CHILDREN?
We can cater for more than 10 children please contact me to discuss your requirements.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM SLUMBER PARTIES?
Yes we do, contact me to discuss your requirements and together we can design the best sleepover you can ever wish for.

HOW LONG DO WE GET TO KEEP THE SETUP?
The hire period is generally overnight however dependent on the number of parties scheduled setup could be done on a Friday and pick up will happen on the Sunday.

WHAT IF ANY DAMAGES OCCUR?

With kids of my own we know accidents can happen so typically there are no charges for damages however dependent on the product that is damaged and unrepairable then there would be a breakage fee.

WHAT IF A BED DEFLATES?
I will leave you with a spare blow-up bed and an electric pump that remains with you in case you need to inflate the bed during the party.

DO I HAVE TO CLEAN ANY OF THE ITEMS THAT WE USE?
Absolutely not!! All products will be The Ultimate Slumber Party’s responsibility to maintain and clean before and after each hire
